Over time, I’ve moved into leadership and compliance work that I genuinely enjoy—translating complex investor and regulatory requirements into clear, executable policies, procedures, controls, training, and reporting. I focus on strengthening execution and audit readiness, and I’m known for bringing structure and calm to fast-changing environments, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and delivering solutions teams can implement at scale. Going forward, I’m excited to continue in Compliance or Risk Management roles where I can lead regulatory transformation, strengthen governance and control frameworks, and reduce risk while improving operational performance.
